RETURN POLICY

We will gladly accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of the date you received your order. 

Returned merchandise must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and include original care tags intact. Caterina Valentino Store reserves the right to refuse returns that do not match the above criteria. 

Refunds can take up to 10 days to appear on your bank statement depending on your financial institution's processing time. 

Final Sale: All items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged for store store credit. 

Exchanges: Exchanges are not part of our return policy Accepted returns will be issued a full refund to the original source of payment.

SHIPPING

U.S. shipping orders are FREE. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return labels are not available. 

Please check your country's duties/tariffs policies prior to purchase. International shipping charges do not include duties/tariffs charges. Customers are responsible for any additional Customs fee on all purchases. 

Orders are processed & shipped in the order they are received. During peak times (new product launches and holidays), orders may take 4 - 7 business days to process.
